Conclusion of Ubuntu MATE 20.04, which worked very well on the Raspberry Pi 4 turning it into a usable desktop computer.
Ubuntu MATE 20.04 was not officially released at time of recording. We were made aware of a script called Desktopify after this recording, which would have improved performance on the Pi 4
