The Weed Mat®, from TrafFix Devices, is the ideal solution for controlling weeds along roads and highways. The Weed Mat can be installed under Guardrails and temporary or permanent Cable Barriers along roads and highways. The environmentally friendly Weed Mat is made of 100% recycled rubber and reduces, or completely eliminates, the use of chemicals or herbicides to control weed growth. In addition, the Weed Mat is UV stabilized, flexible, and easily conforms to contours of uneven ground. Installing the Weed Mat only takes a few minutes and requires no special tools or equipment.
- Works with Cable Barriers
Weed Mat easily installs under existing cable barriers without the need for special equipment, expensive site preparation, or soil removal. Weed Mat is long lasting and virtually maintenance free.
- Works with Guardrails
Weed Mat also works well under existing guardrails keeping the roadside weed free, and reducing maintenance costs.
- Rubber Not Concrete or Asphalt
