Welcome back to MakeTech! This is our second video diving into the WeCreat Lumos Ultra, and today, we are looking at the game-changing MOPA module.
If you missed our first video covering the base machine, you’ll definitely want to check that out first: youtu.be/PA8YTQSHRMs
In this video, we are putting the MOPA module through its paces to review its capabilities and see exactly what it can engrave. By converting your Lumos Ultra into a fiber laser, this module unlocks the ability to deeply engrave metals, cut thin metal, work on ceramics or stone, and even strip paint and rust. We test everything from color engraving on stainless steel to 3D deep relief engraving on rocks, brass coins, custom pendants, and even a hardened stainless steel sledgehammer!
