This version of Back Street Affair was part of the batch of 50's hits Webb rerecorded in stereo for Decca for the Webb Pierce Story double album released in June 1964.
Recorded ~ October 14 1963 Columbia Recording Studio, Producer Owen Bradley.
The original was cut on July 29 1952 . I really love The Webb Pierce Story re-recordings,, one of the songs I failed to grab off of the Story album and put to CD back in the day was Your Not Mine Anymore.
I really want to hear that one again but that album was one of those grabbed by hurricane Harvey.
If ANYONE out there has that song,, let me know.
