There are just a few 4* champs that can take down the Realm of Legends' Winter Soldier in under three minutes. An awakened Storm is one of those champs.

Storm's ability to Stun lock opponents with her Specials allows for higher than average hit rates. Her Conduit Signature Ability rewards greater damage the more Power her opponent has, so her Specials should be unleashed at those opportune times.
