**** I want to preface the EP by saying that (most of the time) my approach with music is essentially to tell a story. Lyrics usually convey a clear meaning to a song, so without them any sense of a story becomes very vague and subjective. You can set the music to a wide variety of experiences and perspectives. Anyone can have their own interpretation, their own version of the story. ****

Blight is clearly composed of two different concepts, but together they form a complete idea. The two sections were actually created by almost identical methods as well. Both are sampled mangled and twisted audio that were warped to create something unnatural, something that sounds completely different from their source.

Blight is the introduction to the story, the event that causes everything that follows. Manipulated sounds and textures devour everything and the solemn and eerie choir are the aftermath.
