Employment and Labour Minister Nomakhosazana Meth has vowed that “no stone will be left unturned” following the death of 29-year-old Gcina Dhladhla, who died while on duty at Cartrack’s Rosebank headquarters in Johannesburg in June. Dhladhla allegedly died in a toilet area after being denied permission to leave work. The minister visited the company’s headquarters and announced that specialist investigators have been appointed to conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
