Pietro's Fine Dining brings together the rich flavors of homemade Italian with the sophistication of fine dining, with a menu known for its delectable seafood. Owner and Chef Adam Frost describes their cuisine as "home-cooked comfort food at a high level."
On top of the delicious food, the restaurant's location brings beautiful views to its diners, nestled in the heart of Fountain Hills. "We've got unparalleled views," Frost said, emphasizing the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant that creates a fine dining experience for all who enter.
"Check, Please! Arizona" guests enjoyed a variety of dishes, with all of them sampling the different seafood dishes. "The menu has all your Italian-American favorites," guest Jennie Orr de Lopez said. "But they also do a seasonal menu, and that is where you have a little more variation and a little more artistry."
The crab and the stuffed shells were a favorite among the guests, with the combination of the creamy flavors with the fresh seafood creating a hearty meal. Additionally, Pietro's has a wide selection of wines to pair with all of their dishes and a signature cocktail, an Italian Margarita.
You can finish off your meal with their wide selection of beautiful desserts, including fresh creme brûlée, decadent limoncello cake and a classic, in-house New York-style cheesecake. "Check, Please! Arizona" guest Shelly Boshes' pro tip is to come hungry!
