In our mission to find the best light show in the Chicagoland area, we kept hearing the same suggestion over and over — “You have to go to Lightscape at the Chicago Botanic Garden.”
So today, we finally made the trip. This trail runs from mid-November through early January, and it’s a 1.3-mile walk filled with creative light displays, cozy spots to grab a hot chocolate, and plenty of moments that make you slow down and just take it all in. Every year the path changes, so even if you’ve been before, it always feels new. But the big question for us — how does Lightscape compare to the other holiday light shows we’ve visited so far?
