We traded at our first ever van life festival… and somehow survived it ✌️🧡
In this video, we take The Groovy Things shop to Campervan Campout for our first proper weekend as festival traders.
No stall experience, no idea what to expect, a lot of nerves, a slightly questionable gazebo, and a whole lot of handmade groovy things packed into the van 😅
This vlog is a little snapshot of the weekend. The loading, setting up, festival life, lovely people, display vans, handmade jewellery, weather chaos, and the moment we realised this might actually be the start of a whole new chapter for us.
We didn’t manage to capture everything because honestly, we were living it as much as we were filming it. But this is us building a new life in real time, taking The Groovy Life and The Groovy Things shop out into the world one slightly chaotic adventure at a time.
This one took a little while to get out because after Campervan Campout we were honestly a bit burnt out and needed a few days to re-energise before Vanlife Festival, but we’re so happy to finally share it with you.
A huge thank you to everyone who came over, chatted, bought from us, encouraged us, let us film, gave us advice, showed us their vans, or just made the weekend feel so lovely. The van life community really is something special 🧡
