The Caledonian Sleeper is an overnight train (one of only two in the UK) which, on it's longest leg, runs from London Euston to Inverness. The journey takes just over 12 hours - and it PRETTY MUCH tied as the longest UK train journey - though the countries OTHER sleeper service, London to Penzance, sometimes takes slightly longer.
