This week on our homestead, it’s a mix of victories and challenges! 🌽🐓 From battling raccoons stealing our corn to weighing and preserving over 200 lbs of onions, there’s never a dull moment. We also set up an electric fence around the sweet corn, accidentally caught the wrong animal in our traps, repaired fences for rotational grazing, and spent a full day in the kitchen freeze drying onions, making salsa, and cooking a family dinner together.
