The Sub250 Huma20 04 Wide launches TODAY.
There was just one small problem…
We barely had any time to film it. And when our only real filming window arrived, Britain did what Britain does best.
It rained.
Then under immense pressure to get the job done, boywonderfpv made a rare mistake and ploughed into the ground, HARD - killing the 04 lite, but the drone was fine.
And strangely, what should have been a complete disaster turned into one of the best ways we could have tested it, we had an hour, before sunrise, with a newly fitted 04 pro naked fitted, to get a flight each and see what we can salvage before I needed to head home and edit it for a release the same day, the pressure!!!!?
Because this isn't just about whether the Huma20 can hover around looking pretty.
We wanted to know how it actually flies, how much confidence it gives you, whether you can properly throw it around — and whether this tiny FPV drone could survive one very wet race against the clock.
One drone.
One Morning.
One rapidly disappearing filming window.
Could we get the job done before launch day?

⚠️ The waterproof treatment shown in this video was something we chose to apply ourselves. Don't assume an FPV drone is waterproof unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is, and always follow the instructions for any conformal coating/waterproofing product you use.
