Today we have the privilege of exploring a 1960s Civil Defense kit discovered in a basement. This treasure provides some great lessons. The first of which is to make certain that you rotate your stored food. My biggest takeaway is to build my own with the foods I normally eat and dishes/cooking utensils that are useful.
