Oh dear, here we are.
I feel like I've been working on this video since forever. I was so worried I couldn't finish it in time for the contest but hopefully the deadline has been extended.
Let's talk about the video because everytime I post such personal stuff I feel like no one can fully understand them.
The theme of this round was a relationship that changed me. In my case is a non relationship I had with my best friend.
We were young - I am still young but we were way younger - and we were inseparable. We used to spend every day together, we were in the same class so it was impossible for us to not be in touch. In the week-ends we used to watch football matches or hang out together, everyone thought we were a couple and now if I think about us I feel like we were. Where I live middle school lasts 3 years and during this time I never had a romatic relationship with other guys and so did he, because it was us, we had each other and we needed anyone but us.
Everthing changed when one night he told me that he felt something more than just friendship, and trust me when I say IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME I WOULD SLAP ME SO BAD for saying that he was just my best friend. I hurt him so much I never saw him so hurt and from that moment we had never been the same. We went to different high schools and we made new friends, but the truth is I missed him so much.
There is an update though, this summer after 7 years we decided to start hanging out again and we did for a few weeks, but I was mentally connected to another person and he was also having personal problems so we decided that if we are meant to be then we'll find each other again.
This relationship changed me a lot, after I "broke up" with Ema I felt like I couldn't have a male friend again but the worst part was realizing that I was so in love with him, like truly in love.
Okay, I'm gonna stop here because I'm drowing in my own tears.
