Is it my fault?
because I’ll be the first to admit this whole process has been 99.9% my fault:
I submitted everything way too late
wasn’t aware of the actual process until two months before it was due (+ there’s an entire rant abt the law firm in the US that screwed up the process),
but the point still stands.
I really feel like an amendment needs to be made for future visa filings so the apostilled and notarized papers are submitted before we leave the US
because this headache has been anything but worth it
