Recipe:
Ingredients
• 3 large potatoes
• ¼ cup beef broth
• ¾ cup chicken broth
• 1 tbspn butter
• 1 tbspn cornflour
• Cheese Curds
• Cooking oil
Directions
• Slice the spuds in to chip sized slices with the skin on
• Combine the broths and cornflour in a bowl and stir until it’s smooth and no clumps of cornflour are there.
• Add the butter to the liquid and simmer on medium heat stirring regularly for 10min.
• Fry the spuds in the cooking oil at 160deg until slightly browned (about 10min), then drain and serve with the cheese curds on top and the gravy poured over the whole thing.
