Winter is here, and its time to build! Today we push our new FT Maker Foam to the limit by building a 15 foot replica of the iconic iron giant. This classic metal robot made its first appearance in 1999. Our goal is to see how big we can build this only using only FT maker foam. Maker Foam was designed specifically to be a fantastic material for both building radio controlled aircraft and also artistic creations that need to be strong yet light. Our new formulated version is water resistant, structural, and is also able to be illuminated. These projects are something that families, friends, and even STEM programs can do. Please let us know in the comments below, if you would like to see patterns or even speed build kits of our classic nonflying FT designs.
