There were SO many reasons we decided to move out of California. But here are just a few… 1.) The laws there SUCK in California right now & we don’t support the people leading the state and what they believe in. We were starting to see a place we were born and raised turn into a scary movie in real life. 2.) We plan to homeschool our kids and again the laws there dont protect our families beliefs. In addition to that we do not feel safe putting our kids in schools with all the horrible things happening at schools these days even outside of California so we made the decision to homeschool, again many reasons for that as well. 3.) My mom bought a house in TN & we wanted to me close to family as family is the most important thing to us. 4.) The cost of living is cheaper & our hard earned money goes much further in TN. 5.) The people are WAY nicer in TN IMO. These are just a few reasons I have many more. But we are excited to start our new journey. It will be a big change for us as we are used to living in Los Angeles & the small house we bought in the forest is FAR from a grocery store and off a dirt road in the middle of nowhere 😳I plan to change our lifestyle a lot. We are planning to grow a lot of our own food & raise our kids a bit differently from most. Our goal is to not have to work so hard 24/7 so we can spend more time with our family and doing the things we love. We want to be more self sufficient as well. A smaller house will cost less $ as our last mortgage in LA was over 5k a month! 😬 I will have to learn a lot of things I know nothing about (like living in the woods with no food delivery lol, having to worry about bears etc.) but I’m looking forward to this new chapter in our lives. It should be interesting to see us city folk go country. Wish us luck we’re gonna need it 😅😜😂
