We put ice cream, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches and cones, and sherbet in a freeze dryer to see what happens! We taste test astronaut ice cream made at home! What happens when you freeze dry ice cream? You won't believe this. Some of the frozen treats exploded in the freeze dryer. So far we are loving putting random stuff in our freeze dryer.
