This is the dark side of the internet as an author when it comes to how total strangers can send us extremely negative emails, social media messages or comments, and even tag us in negative reviews, and it sometimes feels like we just have to expose ourselves to this as part of the job - but that's not the case! Here are some ways I've set boundaries for my mental health in order to continue to be able to create books. Hope this helps!
