Early on in my homemaking journey, I used to get so frustrated with the repetitive nature of it all. Things would be cleaned, and then just need to be cleaned again.
I thought if I could just figure out the right system, everything would be clean all the time. I tried a cleaning schedule for a while, and it worked for a short bit. Long term, though, it wasn’t working with life.
Over time, I began to accept the repetitive nature of things.
It takes a daily pouring out of myself, and now I’m comfortable just cleaning something when I see it. It doesn’t completely overwhelm me. We live in our home! ❤️
