1,736 systems. 23 explorers. One bot named Marco. And a planet that technically failed — but practically didn't.
This is how the GoodGuysFree! community searched No Man's Sky for a two-glyph planet — and what we found instead.
The goal was simple. Find a planet in the Euclid galaxy reachable using only Glyph 0 and Glyph 1. Place 16 player bases near Traveler's Graves — one for each glyph. A permanent hub for every new traveler who needs a fast path through No Man's Sky portals.
Simple. Not easy.
Marco — our GGF Auto Glyph Decoder Bot, and Specialist Polo's lost twin brother — coordinated the whole operation. 23 volunteers. 10 days. 1,736 systems submitted. 148 first contacts. 14 candidates that looked promising.
Zero qualified on the original spec.
