In this scary movie, Hypemyke, Jester, and Junior go to one of the most haunted locations they have ever been to. However, they didn't know how scary it was going to get. Before heading into the haunted house they are greeted with a set of rules that they must follow. Breaking these rules can have severe consequences.
As the night progresses they start to hear weird noises and scary sounds through out the house until eventually Jesse see what he thinks is a figure in the mirror. But when they investigate nothing is there. It was here that they knew that this house was the real deal and they need to make sure to follow the rules.
Inside, they discover a hidden room they find a sign that hints towards a 12th rule. As they explore further they encounter terrifying figures such as the skinless man, the smiling man, and something unexplainable living in the locked basement. Later in the night Junior finds himself trapped in the basement with what ever that thing is and they are left with no choice but to try and escape...
Will HypeMyke, Jester, and Junior survive this terrifying haunted mansion? Can they discover what the 12th rule is? Or will they forever be part of the Hauntings themselves?
