Future UK Food Crops? 🌱🍊🍇 Warming temperatures could make crops like chickpeas, soybeans, okra, oranges and durum wheat suitable for planting in the UK by 2080. Can you imagine home-produced hummus, tofu or marmalade in your local supermarket?

160+ new and future crops modelled under 2°C and 4°C warming scenarios 🌡️
Increased suitability for many crops ⬆️
Some existing produce harder to grow in South-East and East Anglia 🚜
Without this data, agricultural systems may struggle to adapt to a warming climage
