Does "heat rises" still matter in a modern PC build? We put classic PC airflow rules to the test inside the ROG Cronox panoramic case, running a fully upgraded system with the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080. We flip the whole rig upside-down, pull the rear exhaust fan, swap intake and exhaust directions, and strip out "optional" bottom fans — then check the thermals to see which case fan myths hold up and which ones don't.
