We bought the homestead of our dreams on 2 1/2 acres of land in New Zealand. We are so excited to renovate our home, learn about permaculture and how to regenerate the land. One of the first things I'll be doing is getting the vegetable garden ready for spring. We also have an orchard of fruit trees!! So crazy. We will be slightly off-grid and have hopes to go fully off-grid with solar in the future. I can't wait to share our homesteading journey with all of you.
