The Canadian Constitution Foundation is suing the City of Calgary over a law that bans protests, on the basis of the subject matter of those protests. The law clearly censors free expression. But to justify this infringement of our rights, the city has hired an "expert", whose expertise appears to be in "being offended". We are objecting to the admission of this evidence.
