So here's an obscure one, a track called "Waza o Kakereu Shoujo" from a Sega Saturn Puyo game called Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Dungeon or Waku Puyo Dungeon Ketteiban on the PlayStation. This was a commission I did a while back for a fellow by the name of Armando! The name of this track, from what I can tell, translates to "Trick Girl."
This was an interesting commission, because I'm mostly familiar with the modern games we actually ended up getting in the West, like Puyo Puyo Tetris, Fever and Champions. I was originally supposed to upload it soon after I got them finished, but I was so unfamiliar with this particular Puyo game that I had a bit of trouble compiling the video for it. As such, you'll have to forgive me for the inaccurate gameplay footage, because I had no idea where this track actually plays. I'm suspecting it might be a story cutscene of some sorts, since it's labeled as Rulue's Theme in the soundtrack. Also, I just wanna mention how difficult it is to find old puyo puyo art with english keywords like wow
