Megan Helm, an incoming senior at Wayzata High School, realized many younger students found science intimidating due to how it is traditionally taught. As a high school freshman, Helm began work on a book titled “Earth Science: An Introduction to How Our World Works,” specifically designed to make science more enjoyable for students in grades four through seven.
