There are only a few things to know when it comes to treating spear pull or stem rot on palm trees and houseplants. Clean out the middle, treat, protect and get that plant growing to push out new growth! If the issue is systemic that is a different problem which is more complex to treat, but I lightly went over what to do if root rot is the culprit for the spear pull.
I've tagged a few products that might be useful. The copper fungicide and broadspectrum treatments talked about in the video should be available to buy at most walmarts, home depots and lowes as well.
