Well, it's been a year (to be honest I forgot about it) but thanks to Mogman12 who first suggested it, OneWeirdDude who told me how to trigger it, and Therm6000 who reminded me of it, I finally have the "hidden death" of getting destroyed by a game glitch that was so common the programmers even put in a death message for it. From what I've heard, I am the first person to put this up on the internet. Enjoy!
