I just want to reiterate that these are just things I'm personally changing in my routine to become generally healthier. these obviously aren't extreme and I don't believe will hurt you if you want to start implementing them as well, but of course have a chat with your doctor if you're concerned about any of these (especially about supplementing!)
I personally cannot follow a strict "clean" diet and intense fitness regimen including counting calories and all that jazz because I become obsessed, and it gets unhealthy for me. at this stage in my life, I'm focusing on balance, getting some decent exercise when I can (3-4 times a week), making most of my meals at home with mostly veggies, and not depriving myself of things and food that truly make me happy. I always say, sometimes a little taco bell is good for the soul!
