I met up with Omar from Whole Mars in SF to take a ride in his self-driving Tesla and he sent a driverless Waymo to pick me up! In this video/podcast I show both companies autonomous/self-driving software and compare the two. The Waymo did VERY well, and it was a bit of an off day for Omar's Model S ... but all things considered it's clear Tesla & Alphabet/Google are building the future of transportation and will both be huge winners, with traditional automotive companies in some serious trouble.
