In the early part of the video, the only additional effect is some added reverb. The delay and chorus are the Waylinator. At the end I did play through the Boss VF-1 it's real obvious, because of the stereo field. I also played a bit layered with some other synths to add the chord rotator patch. I was playing with a couple backing tracks part of the time, but forgot to bump up that input.
