This video was filmed as part of a DIY Video class during "Wayfinder Weekend." It's an opportunity for parents, potential students and community members to experience how the school works during a summer weekend.
The 90 minute video class was taught by Brighton West from http://AuthenticWestFilms.com. Students learned how to make money with online video, how to attract an audience and how to create a video with their smart phones.
The students also learned about brain science and habits, career choices, breaking out of the pack, technology, taking projects from idea to implementation, language and conflict. There were also service projects in the local St. Johns community and tours.
Wayfinding Academy is located in Portland OR, in the St. Johns Neighborhood. It's a small school with personal attention to each student.
