Wax seals are perfect for both making sure your top secret mail doesn't get opened without your knowledge, and being a cute addition to any letter 💌
All you need is a seal (also called a die), make sure you have a handle for it! Then you need sealing wax which commonly come either as beads or sticks. For the beads you need a melting spoon and heat source (such as a tea light), and for the stick all you need is a lighter! For a 1 inch seal, 3-4 beads or 10-15 drops is recommended. Once you've poured/dripped onto your envelope, gently place the seal on top–no need to press, gravity will do the work for you! Let it dry for around 30 seconds before removing your seal and revealing the cute design.
Level up your seals by putting a dried pressed flower underneath the wax, mixing multiple bead colors, or even adding in glimmer/shimmer to your melted mix.
