ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
Wax carving is a great way to make pieces of jewelry that are hard to make by hand. You have a lot more room to play around. After all, you are not waisting precious metals. You can make a wax model and have it casted in silver or gold by a caster or off course cast it yourself. If you want to learn more about casting feel free to take a look at my Delft Clay casting series.
In this specific tutorial I want to show you how you can build up a ring with melted wax. And you cannot only use this technique for rings, but you can use for pendants and bracelets as well. Just play around with it. You can watch parts of the video right here on YouTube, but if you want to watch the entire video series, head over to patreon.com/estona_tutorials.
