Today, I'm playing again with the Flop Cup Technique. I'm using Artist Loft Soft Body White again but this time I've added a little bit of the DecoArt Satin Enamel White and boy does it not disappoint. The large Cloud-like Boulder Cells really helps this painting pop. As always, there's No Silicone in my paints.
