Creating Play or Practice art, in watercolours.
The first of mine is taken from an exercise in one of my Watercolour books: WATERCOLOUR; Techniques and Tutorials for the Complete Beginner, by Paul Clark.
And the second is a desert sunset from a favourite childhood book of mine. It shows the Tombs in the desert just outside the city of Tashbaan from the story "The Horse and his Boy" by CS Lewis.
But the work I liked best was Violet's work on the watercolour from a few days before. I liked quite a few of hers today but I just loved the raised gold and the black pen details on that bigger piece. I think she ought to name that one, and she definitely needs to sign it!
