Yes, you can use watercolor with your stencils. Especially when you use Pixie Spray: amzn.to/3PizmSY Because it's a spray adhesive, be sure to take precautions (spray outside and use a respirator). The stencil I'm using in the video is called Handcut Net: shrsl.com/47jow
