It's that time of year when frost covers every surface and the lack of daylight makes it challenging to find time to paint outside between storms. I have given in to the forces and am seeking my flow state within my own walls. Being inside and keeping my connection to nature is always a challenge at first, but I'm doing my best to find my balance. I always grow a lot as an artist during the winter months, as I tend to paint larger and a wide variety of subjects that have inspired me over time.
