We've been here over a year. February of '25 we came. And that's how we came. We found out about it, and we loved it.

I love the community to walk in. This Water Tower District is fabulous for the amenities where you can walk on the sidewalk. You can visit the community every morning, and it's ever-changing.
We feel very safe here, and just enjoy just being around here and discovering new things.
Well, we love the convenience of just being able to walk to a restaurant.

And I also enjoy the treadmill. I use that when the weather's bad. Perfect gym.
Oh, my. It's wonderful.
Well equipped.
They have everything.

There's a yoga studio.

And we have friends over to play cards in the game room. We have a game room back there, so we've enjoyed that very much. And anytime we bring friends over here, it's like, oh my goodness, this is beautiful. So, they love it too.
Well, if I were to tell you about the Water Tower staff, they meet every need that we have. The maintenance staff--
Always wonder.
--is right on target whenever we put in a request.
Well, I just wanted to compliment Greystar for all the hard work that they do, and [INAUDIBLE] working together. That's what makes it, and because they want to keep things nice. And that's very important today, because some places just let their place go down and it's like, I don't want to be there. But this place always looks very nice.
