I wanted to get the outside water up and running for the summer. Guess what I found?

I have the outside water pump under the boat house. It's mounted in an insulated pump enclosure in the boat house to protect the pump from freezing. Or that's what I thought...

Have a look as I discover the pump is damaged. I have to remove the pump and then I try and make a repair. Let's see how that goes!! Can I repair it?
