Another one of my favorite songs from Blaster Master Blasting Again! This is the main theme for the second level in the game known as Water.
Here is the MIDI file for this song ripped and arranged with the proper MIDI instruments I believe and looped twice so it's easy to identify the loop points - app.box.com/s/ok392q192jxp4rixw7a46we1szwd1ybj.
