This was the scene about 2 p.m. on Cleek Road, just south of Stone Drive in Kingsport, with water from recent heavy rains from the remnants of Hurricane Helene causing the closure of Cleek Road in front of the Cleek dairy farm in Kingsport. During five minutes there, two cars from the south side of the water turned to avoid the water, and the City of Kingsport closed the road except to local traffic Friday.
