When you live in a place where you can drink water off the tap without worrying about anything, moving into a country where it is actually a concern can be quite tricky.
In this video, you can protect yourself from any health issues unclean or polluted water may cause.
One of the things you should remember is that any other forms of water, such as if it is frozen into ice cubes, will not be able to kill off any bacteria and may still be contaminated. Because of this, he recommends you to always brush your teeth with bottled water from reputable companies or those that locals say are safe and that they can vouch for, to be able to make sure that what you are taking and drinking is of quality.
Another point he makes is that you should also be weary of street vendors that sell them, especially on a very hot day. He says that these can actually be tampered with to make them look like they are new and may still contain contaminated water. Instead, you should buy them in more trusted establishments such as convenience stores.
Though this may not be an issue in some places, you should still consciously pay attention to the quality of water you consume when visiting a different country. This will not only save you from any illnesses it may cause, but can also prevent you from putting your whole trip down the drain
