watchOS 26.2 is here for Apple Watch, so in this video I walk through everything that actually changed in day to day use. We start with the new enhanced safety alerts on iPhone and Apple Watch, then look at the updated sleep score on Apple Watch, how it is calculated, and why some people are finally seeing scores that better match how they feel. I also show what is going on inside the Vitals app, why blood oxygen is still missing in the US, and how the O2 Buddy app can bring your SpO2 readings back to your watch and complications.
From there we talk about the new EU Wi-Fi sharing rules that impact how your Apple Watch joins networks, the fix for the Music app next track bug, and what to expect from watchOS 26.2 performance, battery life and long term battery health on Apple Watch Ultra 3.
