We watched the historic Artemis II launch from Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar at Port Canaveral (and our FIRST EVER LAUNCH we have seen in person!!)… and it might be one of the most unique (and relaxing) ways to experience a rocket launch 🚀
Instead of fighting crowds, we grabbed a table, ordered some apps, drinks, and an amazing Scallops main, and waited it out for about 2 hours right on the water. The view, the atmosphere, and the moment of launch made this an unforgettable experience.
