Saturday 16th August Long Melford - Summer Showcase
I'll be outside my shop demoing Lavenham Blue. You'll get to see yarn and garments go from White to Blue before your eyes. You can dip your own small white accessories, or garments for a fee into our Lavenham Blue vats and participate in the live dyeing process! Ring/email me at the shop for more info to check what you would like to dye.
Just think, back in the 16th Century they were doing the same thing but on a much bigger scale, so why not come to Long Melford and see the magic. We'll have knitters and spinners joining us too, so lots to see!!!
PLUS, there will be loads of other events going on in the village too, so it will make a great day out and the weather is supposed to be AMAZING!!!
